Low season: € 75 per day
(November, December, January, February, March)
Mid season: € 100 per day
(April, May, June, September, October)
Peak season: € 150 per day
(July, August)

• The stated prices apply to the rental of the entire apartment and are therefore not per person.

• Minimum reservation: 7 nights.

• Maximum capacity: 6 persons.

• Rent deposit upon booking: 25% of the rent.

• Full payment: for a short term stay at least 7 days before arrival. For a long term stay at least 30 days before arrival.

• Cancellation costs: >30 days: none | 30 - 14 days: 50% of the deposit | 14 - 7 days: 75% of the deposit | < 7 dagen: 100% of the deposit.

• Additional cleaning fee per reservation: € 100.

• General deposit: € 250. This will be refunded within a week after approval by the key holder. Costs of any damage and/or breakage will be deducted from the deposit.

• Electricity surcharge: for higher consumption than 110 KWh per week (average use) € 0.25 per additional KWh will be charged.

• Dutch school holidays (with the exception of the summer holiday) are considered mid season.

• Special winter rate: € 1,000 per month (based on 1-2 persons in the low season for a minimum of 30 consecutive days and a maximum of 3 months).

• Pets not allowed for a short term stay, but negotiable for a long term stay.
